I work with teens, adults, and (now accepting) couples navigating challenges like relationship concerns, gender identity and sexuality, anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, life transitions, trauma, and abuse. My clients are often seeking clarity, better tools to manage life’s complexities, and a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. Using a flexible, client-centered approach, I incorporate modalities such as CBT, DBT, EFT, IFS, SFT, psychodynamic, and Adlerian therapy. My style is supportive and explorative, with a focus on curiosity and honest reflection. I aim to provide straightforward guidance while tailoring sessions to meet your unique needs and goals. Finding the right therapist can feel like dating—frustrating and exhausting, but worth it when you find the right fit. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, heard, and encouraged to explore what’s important to you. I’m always excited to connect with individuals who are ready to take meaningful steps forward in their lives. I am certified in Applied Suicide Intervention (ASIST) and trained in Brainspotting Phase 1. I am currently completing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (graduating August 2025). I accept in-person (Ottawa) and virtual clients (Ontario).
