At Impart Therapy, we work closely with you to find the style that works for you. Many of our clients use a combination of techniques, including mindfulness, breath work, talking, or even walking therapy. Every client is unique, and together, we shape a program that works for you. I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Practice Owner, with nearly 25 years in the corporate world, before moving to the world of therapy to help. I was diagnosed with PMDD in 2016, which led to my pursuit of psychotherapy. As a psychotherapist, I focus on working with people struggling with anger, stress, and anxiety, as well as women with menstrual issues, including PMDD/PMS, perimenopause, and those coping with miscarriage and infertility. I am trained in EMDR, Breathwork, CBT, DBT, ACT, and humanistic therapy, and I recently published Mastering the Monthly Madness, a DBT book for PMDD. Impart Therapy's therapists are all trained in ADHD and PMDD therapy approaches, and work with a variety of clients facing difficulties in emotional regulation and executive functioning.
