Jessica Blair
Registered Social Worker, BSW, MSW, RSW (she, her)
Are you struggling with overwhelming emotions, intense relationships, or feeling like therapy hasn't really “stuck” in the past? You're not alone — and there is a way forward.
I'm Jessica Blair (MSW, RSW), a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with 20+ years of experience supporting adults across Ontario. I specialize in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), trauma recovery, and virtual therapy that meets you where you are — emotionally and logistically.
I work with adults (18+) who are navigating:
Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)
Emotional dysregulation and chronic overwhelm
Complex trauma and PTSD
Anxiety, depression, and life transitions
My clients often come to me after trying other therapies that felt either too vague or too clinical. They’re looking for something that’s structured but still human — a space that’s warm, validating, and rooted in real tools for real change.
That’s where DBT comes in. I offer both individual therapy and affordable virtual DBT skills groups with open, rolling enrollment. I also offer full DBT packages, which include:
Weekly individual therapy
Weekly group skills training
Between-session coaching/check-ins
My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and grounded in mind-body-spirit wellness. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), quantum-informed care, and somatic awareness. Sessions are collaborative and down-to-earth — no clinical coldness, no fluff.
Whether you're new to therapy or returning with a clearer sense of what you need, I provide thoughtful, practical support that moves you toward emotional regulation, healthy relationships, and a more peaceful internal world.
Therapy is available virtually across Ontario, with flexible scheduling.
