Bella Rawleigh
Registered Psychotherapist
I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor with a deep passion for mental wellness and a genuine commitment to helping people live more meaningful, fulfilling lives. My approach is warm, practical, and grounded in both compassion and evidence-based practices.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in corporate development and management—an experience that gives me a unique perspective when supporting clients from professional or high-performance backgrounds. I hold a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology and bring a thoughtful, well-rounded lens to my work. With individuals, I offer a non-judgmental space where we can explore emotional pain, build self-awareness, and gently shift patterns that may no longer serve you. My aim is to support your healing and growth so you can feel more grounded, connected, and in control of your life. When working with couples, I draw on evidence-based methods to improve communication, reduce conflict, and help partners reconnect in meaningful ways. Whether you are navigating a specific challenge or simply want to strengthen your relationship, I support couples in developing healthier, more effective ways of relating.
I have extensive experience helping clients with a wide range of concerns—including anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, anger, family dynamics, and relationship struggles. Together, we’ll explore core emotions, uncover recurring patterns, and build coping tools that support real, lasting change. Most importantly, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to show up fully. Whatever you’re facing, we’ll work through it together—at your pace, and with care—so you can move toward a life that feels more balanced, connected, and aligned with who you truly are.
